Traditional marketing teams will be obsolete by 2026.
The pioneers are already building the future.

While others are debating AI, they're scaling with it.

Are you seeing this happen too?

😮 AI is inevitable, but it is not magic:
How leaders can prepare for AI success

AI is evolving rapidly but is still in its early stages, with businesses struggling to see expected results. Challenges include the lack of infrastructure and clean, organized data for effective AI use. Success lies in integrating AI into core operations, supported by strong data strategies and team readiness.

Organizations should assess their data, streamline processes, and enable cross-team access to insights. Educating teams on AI and using clear metrics like accuracy and relevance can drive better outcomes. Companies that fully embed AI strategically will thrive, while those relying on disconnected tools risk falling behind.

🚀Google is using Anthropic’s Claude to improve its Gemini AI

  • Google’s Gemini vs. Claude Comparison: Contractors evaluate Gemini AI by comparing its outputs to Anthropic’s Claude, following multiple criteria like truthfulness and verbosity.

  • Use of Claude: Contractors noticed references to Claude in internal platforms, with outputs explicitly identifying as Claude.

  • Safety Observations: Claude prioritizes safety more than Gemini, avoiding unsafe prompts, while Gemini responses faced safety violations.

  • Terms of Service: Anthropic’s terms prohibit using Claude to train or build competing AI without approval; unclear if Google has such permission.

  • Google's Statement: Google denies using Anthropic models to train Gemini, stating it follows industry practices for model output comparisons.

  • Concerns About Gemini: Contractors report being asked to rate Gemini’s responses in sensitive areas outside their expertise, raising accuracy concerns.

😮OpenAI’s o3 suggests AI models are scaling in new ways — but so are the costs

OpenAI’s o3 model marks a breakthrough in AI performance, leveraging test-time scaling to achieve exceptional results on benchmarks like the ARC-AGI test. While it demonstrates significant progress, the model’s high compute requirements lead to steep costs, making it suitable for complex, high-stakes tasks rather than everyday use.

Despite these advancements, challenges like hallucinations and task failures persist, raising questions about the model’s practicality and cost efficiency. Future innovations in inference chips and cost optimization may unlock further potential for test-time scaling, shaping the next phase of AI development.

🤖xAI is testing a standalone iOS app for its Grok chatbot

Elon Musk’s AI company, xAI, is beta-testing a standalone iOS app for its chatbot, Grok, which was previously exclusive to X users. The app offers real-time web and X access, generative AI features like text rewriting, paragraph summarization, Q&A, and image generation. Grok’s image generator specializes in photorealistic rendering with minimal restrictions, even allowing the use of public figures and copyrighted material. A web version at Grok.com is also in development. Initially limited to X subscribers, Grok is now available for free to all users.

😮Hospitals trial AI to spot type 2 diabetes risk

Two NHS trusts in London are testing an AI system, Aire-DM, to predict type 2 diabetes up to 10 years in advance using ECG heart traces.

Early trials show a 70% success rate, improved by incorporating patient data like age, weight, and blood pressure. Clinical trials with 1,000 patients are planned for 2025, with hopes for wider NHS use in five years.

Funded by the British Heart Foundation, this technology could save lives by identifying high-risk individuals early, enabling preventive measures like healthy lifestyle changes. Experts call it a potential gamechanger in diabetes prevention and healthcare.
