🤖Stop treating AI like rocket science when it's actually more like learning Excel.

I just spoke with multiple $500M+ ARR SaaS & Services companies (at the Gartner CSO event) spend 8 months building an "AI strategy" while their competitor increased sales productivity 40% using tools that cost less than their weekly coffee budget.

The Real Problem: We're overthinking what should be simple.

AI Foundation Models (ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot) aren't some mystical technology that requires PhD data scientists and million-dollar implementations. It's a revenue growth tool that can transform your results starting TODAY.

Challenge: Can you identify 5 repetitive tasks you do weekly that drain your strategic thinking time?

Solution: Here's how to eliminate them in the next 30 days:

Week 1-2: Foundation Building → Choose your AI thinking partner (ChatGPT Pro or Claude) → Use it daily for brainstorming, analysis, and problem-solving → Master the art of prompting: Be specific, provide context, give examples.

  • Use if for business specific tasks and not only email

Week 3: Automation Creation → Build 2-3 Custom GPTs for your most frequent tasks → Example: One Director of Sales Enablement built one for objection handling that reduced prep time by 75%

  • As a start just speak to it in simple language and it will help you develop your GPT

Week 4: Advanced Capabilities → Integrate NotebookLM for research projects → Test Deep Research for strategic planning → Document your efficiency gains

  • This can be used in any revenue or support generating activity.

The Results Our Clients See:

🔹10+ hours reclaimed weekly for strategic work
🔹300% faster research and analysis
🔹Competitive intelligence that used to take days now completed in hours
🔹Sales materials created in minutes instead of hours

The Brutal Reality: While most teams debate AI policies, high-performers are already operating with 5x the intellectual capacity.

Over the last few weeks, I spoke to over 100 revenue leaders. Less than 5 had ever built a Custom GPT.

That's not a technology gap. That's a mindset gap.

Question: What's the one repetitive task that frustrates you most each week?

Reply to this email—I'll show you exactly how to use one of the methods above to automate it, eliminate it or massively drop your time to completion.

🙌This week's podcast episodes...

😮 ChatGPT's voice is now more natural and can consistently translate conversations in real time

Advanced Voice Mode has received a major upgrade in terms of how naturally it speaks:

  • Improved intonation and realistic cadence, including natural pauses and emphasis.

  • More expressive emotional tone, capable of conveying empathy, sarcasm, and other nuanced feelings.

  • These enhancements aim to make conversations feel more human-like and fluid.

❇️Anthropic’s AI-generated blog dies an early death

Claude's blog shut down.

Anthropic ended its AI-written blog, Claude Explains, just a week after media coverage. The blog was a short-lived pilot blending AI drafts with human edits to create explainer content. Despite plans to expand topics, it was quietly removed, likely due to concerns over transparency, mixed reception, and the risks of overpromising AI writing quality.

⚡Sam Altman thinks AI will have ‘novel insights’
next year

Sam Altman Envisions an AI Future Driven by Novel Insights

In his latest essay, “The Gentle Singularity,” OpenAI CEO Sam Altman outlines a bold vision for how AI will reshape humanity by 2040. While echoing familiar themes of AGI’s disruptive promise, Altman hints that 2026 may mark a turning point — with AI systems capable of generating novel insights rather than just regurgitating known information.

This aligns with OpenAI’s recent direction, including its o3 and o4-mini models, which were already used to spark fresh ideas in scientific research. The essay subtly positions OpenAI in a broader race, as companies like Google, FutureHouse, and Anthropic also explore AI’s potential to transform science-driven industries like drug discovery and material science.

Still, skepticism lingers. Leading researchers argue that AI struggles to ask truly original questions — a critical step in real breakthroughs.

💫OpenAI releases o3-pro, a souped-up version of its o3 AI reasoning model

OpenAI has rolled out o3-pro, its most powerful reasoning model to date, now available to ChatGPT Pro and Team users. Replacing the older o1-pro, this new model excels in complex tasks like math, physics, programming, and writing, thanks to its ability to reason step by step.

Key highlights:

  • Wider Access: Available via ChatGPT and API now; Enterprise and Edu users get it next week.

  • Enhanced Capabilities: Can search the web, analyze files, reason visually, run Python, and use memory for personalized answers.

  • Impressive Performance: Outperforms Gemini 2.5 Pro and Claude 4 Opus in key benchmarks like AIME 2024 and GPQA Diamond.

  • Limitations: Slower responses than o1-pro, can’t generate images, and doesn’t yet support Canvas or temporary chats.

Pricing is set at $20 per million input tokens and $80 per million output tokens via API.

💫Meta’s V-JEPA 2 model teaches AI to understand
its surroundings

Image: Meta

Meta has introduced V-JEPA 2, its next-gen “world model” designed to help AI agents develop common-sense understanding of physical environments — much like how children or animals learn through experience.

Built on over 1 million hours of video training, V-JEPA 2 enables AI to predict likely next actions in real-world scenarios. For example, a robot holding a spatula and a plate near a stove could infer that it's time to serve the cooked eggs.

Highlights:

  • 30x faster than Nvidia’s Cosmos model, per Meta.

  • Designed for real-world utility: think robots doing chores or assisting in physical tasks.

  • Mimics human-like reasoning about movement, gravity, and object interaction.

Meta sees this as a major step toward real-world robotics with minimal training data.
