Start with the numbers. I show how AI has improved key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs. Highlight metrics like increased sales, reduced costs, or improved efficiency.

2. Use Real-World Examples

Share success stories. I show how similar companies have benefited from AI. Real-world use cases and examples make your point stronger.

3. Highlight Time Savings

Explain how AI saves time. For example, I show how automating tasks frees up hours each week.

Time saved x # of employees= money earned.

4. Demonstrate Improved Quality

I show how AI reduces errors and improves quality. Highlight how fewer mistakes lead to better outcomes. If you have your C performers acting like A performers what will that do for your bottom line?

5. Showcase Enhanced Customer Experience

I explain how AI improves customer service. Better & Faster service leads to happier customers. Happier customers mean more revenue.

6. Illustrate Scalability
