Agent to Agent (A2A - bottom by Google): A new protocol allows Agents to communicate directly, creating a unified, intelligent information network.

This emerging approach delivers:

• Secure collaboration without constant app switching

• Unified task and information management

• Dramatically reduced cognitive load

• Information that can eliminate the 27 tab problem.

Early implementations of this approach are already showing massive promise to have a tool like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc. to be the master tool that connects to everything else.

😮 OpenAI’s latest image generation model in the API

OpenAI has launched the gpt-image-1 model in its API, allowing developers to generate high-quality images programmatically. Major platforms like Adobe, Figma, Airtable, and Wix are already integrating it for design, marketing, avatar creation, and more. The model supports versatile image creation with safety guardrails and competitive pricing, starting at ~$0.02 per image. It's now globally available via the Images API.

Microsoft's 365 Copilot Wave 2 Spring release introduces AI “agents” like Researcher and Analyst to act as digital colleagues with deep reasoning. These tools aim to boost productivity amid widespread workplace burnout and enable a shift toward “human-led, agent-operated” workflows. With new features like Copilot Notebooks, an Agent Store, and enterprise-grade controls, Microsoft envisions every employee becoming an “agent boss,” managing AI to bridge the productivity “capacity gap.”—Read more here.

⚡OpenAI’s o3 AI model scores lower on a benchmark than the company initially implied

A discrepancy between OpenAI's reported performance of its o3 model and independent tests by Epoch AI has raised concerns over transparency. OpenAI claimed o3 scored over 25% on the FrontierMath benchmark, but Epoch found it scored closer to 10%. This gap is likely due to differences in test conditions and model versions—OpenAI used a more powerful internal setup, while the public o3 release is optimized for speed and real-world use. The situation highlights ongoing industry issues with AI benchmark credibility and the importance of scrutinizing vendor-reported metrics. — Read more.

💫ChatGPT will now use its ‘memory’ to
personalize web searches

OpenAI has introduced "Memory with Search" for ChatGPT, allowing the chatbot to use past conversation details to refine web search queries. For example, if it remembers a user is vegan in San Francisco, it can tailor restaurant searches accordingly. This update enhances ChatGPT’s personalization and search relevance, and users can disable it via the settings. Know more here.

😮Google Gemini has 350M monthly users
around the globe!

Google's Gemini AI chatbot reached 350 million monthly active users by March 2025, a major increase from 9 million daily users in October 2024. Despite rapid growth, it still trails ChatGPT (600M MAUs) and Meta AI (near 500M). Gemini's adoption has been boosted by integration across Samsung devices, Google Workspace, and Chrome. Read here.
